Though not strictly a Thistledown wine, it is made by Giles Cooke MW and all of the profits go to charity so we just had to include it. That it's amazing wine also helps.
Hand-picked Roussanne and organically farmed Grenache Blanc are wild fermented in barrels and a concrete egg to produce a textural, pithy white wine with lovely honeysuckle laced fruit.
In Australia, proceeds go to Roses in the Ocean - a leading lived experience of suicide organisation - close to Giles' heart and making a difference to many lives.

Fermented wild in old French wood and ceramic eggs. Exceptional wine, here! Riffs on Asian pear, rooibos, quince, preserved lemon, hazelnut and dried herb, whisk me to Avignon and environs. Like an unctuous Meursault, with a Mediterranean sheen. Viscous and detailed of phenolics, yet paradoxically taut, with a slippery mineral underbelly propelling it to scintillating length.
