Complex and tasty in the mouth with notes of cherry and grenadine. and a fleeting brush of subtle, spicy wood, this is a supremely balanced, savoury food-friendly wine.

'Made from the cinsault grape, this has a fashionably pale salmon-pink hue, with restrained and savoury aromas of talcum powder, dried herbs and dried-floral overtones. The taste is very light, dry and savoury, with a little leanness but also plenty of flavour and pleasing length. It’s quite moreish and would be a good accompaniment to many foods, especially cold meats.'
